Children and teens will participate in special programs designed for their age group. The age groups are as follows: birth to 6, 7 to 12 and 13 and up. On Saturday afternoon we will host a "Build Your Own Sundae" on the Levee followed by a
Gala with a DJ and costume party Saturday evening. The meeting will end on Sunday by noon and will include a farewell brunch, games for the kids and door prizes.

Each family registration must include the main registration form and a form each age group as listed above. You can list two children of the same age group on one page. We must have all required forms and the applicable registration fee in order to register you for the meeting. Please keep in mind that this meeting is provided to you at no cost (accept the registration fee) and costs for hotels and food are on the rise. We have only 50 hotel rooms available to us at the host hotel and they will be assigned on a first come first served basis if we have received your complete registration packet and registration fee.

Please do not wait too long to complete and return your forms to our office via regular mail or by fax (225-291-1679). In order to ensure accuracy in making your reservations we can not accept reservations over the phone.
