Rights, and to ensure that any final legislation provides direct access to
the Federally authorized hemophilia treatment center network for persons
with hemophilia.

NHF supports the elimination of lifetime insurance caps. For vulnerable
persons and persons with chronic disorders such as hemophilia, lifetime caps
pose a serious threat.
